WestBridge, a leader in the treatment of mental illness with or without substance use is addressing the increasing need for comprehensive mental health support for adults of all genders. After adding an all genders Intensive Outpatient Program and expanding its Community Integration Program in this regard, WestBridge is now serving adults of all genders in its residential treatment program.
One of the few treatment programs providing multiple simultaneous evidence-based interventions, WestBridge excels in helping those experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders who have not been able to obtain long-term recovery after prior treatment. Many receiving services in WestBridge’s higher levels of care have previously experienced multiple hospitalizations and treatment episodes, employment disruption, family distress, and legal involvement.
“I am glad WestBridge is now able to treat individuals of all genders in each of our programs. Our goal is to be able to have our proven treatment reach more adults and in turn, help more people reach their goals” said William Keating, PhD, LCMHC, MLADC, Chief of Clinical Services. With the expanded focus at The Commons, WestBridge’s Residential Treatment Program in Manchester, NH, the organization now offers a more complete continuum of all genders care.
WestBridge’s residential treatment program is:
- Designed specifically for adults experiencing mental illness with or without co-occurring substance use
- Modified as needed through an ongoing assessment and treatment planning process
- Comprehensive and person-centered
- Evidence-based
- Staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
About WestBridge
WestBridge is a family founded private non-profit organization, established in 2001, dedicated to supporting the long-term recovery of adults and their families that experience mental illness (often thought and mood disorders) with or without and substance use. For co-occurring disorders, the integrated treatment model addresses both disorders concurrently, in the same setting, by the same team. WestBridge provides residential treatment, community-based outpatient treatment and an intensive outpatient program using evidence-based practices that have been proven to work. WestBridge also embraces families throughout the process, helping them to learn, communicate and become trusting partners in recovery.
