Community Integration Program (CIP)
The WestBridge outpatient Community Integration Program (CIP) follows the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model, an evidence-based practice designed for individuals with serious mental illness, with or without co-occurring substance use disorders. Treatment includes comprehensive, wrap-around services that vary in support and intensity based on the participant’s needs, with access to our team 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
While some services are provided in an office setting, CIP team members primarily work with individuals in both their homes and in the community.
Supports and Services are geared toward building and sustaining skills for building satisfying relationships
and successful independent living in the community, such as:

- Financial Management, Budgeting &
- Housing Maintenance
- Holistic Psychiatric Care
- Mental Health Counseling
- Health & Wellness Activities
- Relationship Building Skills
- Mutual Support (Self Help) Group Identification
- Independent Living Skills (Cooking, Home Cleaning, etc.)
- Smoking Cessation
- Sleep Hygiene
- Substance Use Counseling and/or Prevention Counseling
- Internal and External Care Coordination
- Supported Education, Employment & Volunteerism
- Physical Health Support
- Medication Support & Outreach
- Symptom Management

Respite Care at The Commons
Respite provides a mutually agreeable short-term stay in the WestBridge residential environment at The Commons. This is service is for CIP participants who are experiencing a higher level of mental health symptoms and/or risk of substance use and can benefit from additional support and stabilization.
