1. Where are you located?

We are in Manchester, New Hampshire, offering Residential Treatment, an outpatient Community Integration Program (CIP), and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for all genders.

2. How long have you been helping people?

We’ve been providing services to adults and their families since 2001.

3. Who does WestBridge treat?

Adults (18+) and their families experiencing mental illness, with or without substance use.

4. Do you take participants from anywhere in the country?

Yes, we accept referrals nationally and internationally.

5. Who do I call in an emergency?

In any life-threatening emergency (Psychiatric or Medical), Call 911.

WestBridge staff are accessible 24/7 to currently enrolled participants in our Residential Treatment Program and Community Integration Program. Those enrolled in our other programs should access their local emergency services outside our normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM)

6. Do you take calls after hours?

Yes, our staff is available 24/7 for those enrolled in our Residential Treatment Program and on call 24/7 for those in our Community Integration Program.

7. Will you involve us in our family member’s care?

Yes, we involve families in Family Education and Support (FES) services (in person or virtually). We work to keep lines of communication open by keeping updated releases of information and reinforcing the value of family participation.

8. How long does a participant typically stay in your residential program?

Our average length of stay is 3 months. However, length of treatment is individualized to meet the needs of the participant.

9. What happens after Residential Treatment?

Whether to another WestBridge program or back home, Participants work with their clinical team and family to develop a comprehensive Discharge Plan for a smooth transition to their next step and phase of treatment.

10. How much time will be devoted to my family member’s care in the Community Integration Program (CIP)?

Care plans are tailored to individual needs, with hours of service jointly decided among participants, families and their clinical Team.

11. How is your Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) structured?

Treatment is 3 hours per day, up to 3 days per week, including group therapy, case management, individual therapy, family support, psychiatric consultation as indicated and continuing care planning.
